Manila, Philippines — Happening on the second day of the 8th Hospitality Philippines Conference #HPC2025, the Hotel Revenue Summit Philippines #HRSP will take place at Marriott Manila on September 18, 2025, tackling today’s most urgent revenue challenges and opportunities in hospitality.

The summit will feature panel sessions and solo presentations, bringing together speakers from across the hospitality ecosystem including hotel chain owners and operators, consultants, fintech firms, F&B operators, tech and wellness providers, government representatives, and eco-tourism organizations.

Discussions will cover six specialized tracks on F&B synergy, revenue management and pricing strategies, operations optimization, distribution and channel management, marketing and digital visibility, and HR dynamics and talent development.

One of the curated panels titled “Loyalty Programs: Building Long-Term Relationships by Rewarding Guest Experience” will explore how personalized rewards, exclusive offers, and tiered membership structures can be used to strengthen guest loyalty and improve the overall guest experience.

In another panel titled “Leadership Reimagined: Empowering Hotel Teams in Flat, Agile Structures” speakers will break down old-school hierarchies and explore leadership models based on collaboration, trust, and decentralized decision-making.

Prominent industry players will join the conversation including Bruce Winton, Area General Manager at Marriott International, Sunish Sadasivan, Vice President for ECommerce & Revenue Management at Chroma Hospitality Inc., and Garry Garcia, Regional Director for Operations and Business Development at Swiss-Belhotel International.

According to Mordor Intelligence, the hospitality market in the Philippines is valued at US$7.65 billion in 2025 and is expected to grow to US$10.95 billion by 2030, registering a compound annual growth rate of 7.43%.

More than a networking event, #HRSP aims to confront the structural and strategic hurdles holding back revenue growth. In a market poised for expansion, the summit offers a space for operators to rethink how value is created and who it’s created for.
