Frasers Hospitality unveils new premium rental apartment property in Shenzhen
The new property is designed for young working professionals seeking long-term stays.
Frasers Hospitality has officially opened Modena by Fraser Shenzhen, a premium rental apartment for young working professionals.
Located within Shennan 1001, a landmark mixed-use development comprising premium offices, retail and cultural spaces, the property features 325 apartments for long-term stays.
The apartments range from contemporary 31 square-metre studios to spacious 103 square-metre two-bedroom apartments. Amenities in the property include a full-sized outdoor pickleball court, gym, yoga studio, a lounge, a cafe, and an outdoor barbecue area.
Its location offers access to Hong Kong, Luohu Port, and Shenzhen Metro’s Line 2 and Line 5 at the Huang Bei Ling station.
