Thai Airways taps Trax, Aerostat for its digital MRO transformation
The advanced solutions from Trax and Aerostat will add scalability, security, and flexibility to Thai Airways’ maintenance operations.
Thai Airways, Thailand’s flag carrier, has selected Trax and Aerostrat to drive its Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) transformation.
Thai Airways’ MRO processes will be supported by Trax’s eMRO enterprise resource planning system, suite of eMobility apps, and cloud hosting solution. This will enable real-time data access from anywhere, streamlined workflows, and enhanced decision-making capabilities across its global operations.
Meanwhile, Aerostrat’s advanced maintenance planning software, Aerros, will equip Thai Airways with industry-leading capabilities for long-range maintenance forecasting and optimization.
These combined solutions will add scalability, security, and flexibility to Thai Airways’ maintenance operations and digitize its processes, which will improve turnaround times and reduce the airline’s environmental footprint.
“Partnering with Trax is a game-changer for Thai Airways,” said Cherdphan Chotikhun, Chief of Technical at Thai Airways. “The next generation of Trax and Aerostrat applications will not only elevate our existing airline operational performance but also enable us to establish a state-of-the-art MRO operation that meets global standards and sets new benchmarks for efficiency and quality.”
