La Vie strengthens leadership in Asia with new head of hospitality operations
The appointment of Ramesh Bappoo took effect on 20 January.
La Vie Hotels and Resorts has appointed Ramesh Bappoo as Head of Hospitality Operations, South & Southeast Asia, effective 20 January.
Bappoo brings over three decades of global hospitality experience, including senior leadership roles with global hotel brands including ACCOR, IHG, Hilton, and Marriott, with expertise spanning Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and island destinations.
In his new role, Bappoo will oversee service quality, manage team performance, and drive commercial results in La Vie’s South and Southeast Asia market, which has several new openings planned over the next 12–24 months.
The South & Southeast Asia portfolio includes existing and upcoming properties in the Maldives, Thaialnd, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
