Accor names new VP of People & Culture Operations for Asia
The newly-appointed Ronald Dooremalen brings over two decades of hospitality management experience.
Accor has appointed Ronald Dooremalen as Vice President of People & Culture Operations for Asia.
In his new role, Dooremalen will work closely with Accor’s Asia Operations Leaders to implement impactful People & Culture strategies across the region.
He brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held positions such as hotel manager, general manager, and director of rooms at prominent hotels worldwide.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Operations Excellence, Hotel Openings & Projects for Asia at Accor. He also held the role of Director of Operational Support & Projects for South East Asia, Japan, South Korea, and India.
