Hilton is Malaysia’s best workplace in 2026
The recognition underscores Hilton’s status as the No. 1 World’s Best Workplace globally and the leading hospitality employer in Southeast Asia.
Hilton has been ranked the Best Workplace in Malaysia 2026 by Great Place to Work for the first time.
The recognition underscores Hilton’s status as the No. 1 World’s Best Workplace globally and the leading hospitality employer in Southeast Asia, with additional top market rankings in Vietnam and Thailand.
Malaysia emerged as the most-visited destination in Southeast Asia in 2025, and Hilton’s growth plans reflect this strong market performance. The company is set to open five new properties across Malaysia this year.
Three of these – Hilton Shah Alam Glenmarie, Hilton Burau Bay Langkawi Resort (marking the debut of Hilton’s flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand in Langkawi), and Hilton Garden Inn Kota Kinabalu Tuaran in Sabah – are scheduled to launch in the first quarter.
Later this year, Hilton will introduce two new brands to Malaysia with the highly anticipated openings of Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur and Conrad Kuala Lumpur.
