The property comprises 10 Prema Suites and eight One Bedroom Wooden Pool Villas, expanding Pramana Experience’s hospitality offering in one of Bali’s established destinations.
The resort’s soft opening began on August 10, 2026, with the property positioned around the tagline “Beauty of Ubud.” Premadewi Resort combines contemporary comfort with Balinese-inspired design and experiences connected to tropical surroundings, local culture, spirituality, wellness, and personal connection. Its operating concept centres on sincere hospitality and attentive care as part of the guest experience.
For Pramana Experience, the development adds a boutique resort concept to its portfolio of hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, wellness destinations, and lifestyle experiences across Bali and surrounding islands. The company describes itself as a Bali-based hospitality management company focused on destination-driven properties and experiences shaped by local culture.
Premadewi Resort takes its name from the combination of “Prema,” representing sincere and pure love, and “Dewi,” symbolising feminine grace, compassion, beauty, and nurturing energy. The concept informs the property’s approach to hospitality, with attention placed on warmth, care, emotional comfort, privacy, and individual guest preferences.
The accommodation offering is divided between Prema Suites and One Bedroom Wooden Pool Villas. The 10 Prema Suites measure approximately 42 square metres and draw inspiration from the welcoming atmosphere of a Balinese home. Their design incorporates natural materials, warm textures, locally inspired details, and natural light.
The eight One Bedroom Wooden Pool Villas provide approximately 100 square metres of space. Each villa combines wooden architecture with living areas, private terraces, tropical garden surroundings, and an individual swimming pool. The accommodation is designed around privacy and tropical living, providing a separate product within the resort’s room inventory.
Beyond accommodation, Premadewi Resort has developed a hospitality concept that connects its facilities and activities with Ubud’s cultural and natural setting. The resort’s offering includes Balinese hospitality, local culture and spirituality, wellness, tropical surroundings, and experiences focused on personal connection.
Dining operations are centred on Anaman Restaurant, an open-air restaurant located on the second floor and overlooking the resort’s tropical gardens. The restaurant incorporates bamboo-inspired Balinese design and offers Indonesian cuisine, Asian favourites, Western selections, and locally sourced ingredients. Its operating concept covers breakfast, afternoon dining, intimate gatherings, and candlelight dinners.
Wellness forms another component of the resort’s operating proposition through Siram Spa. Atma Yatra, the Journey of the Soul, focuses on spirituality through Balinese blessings, water purification or melukat, sunrise yoga, and meditation. Shanti Yatra, the Journey of Healing, incorporates Balinese spa treatments, herbal healing rituals, and sound-healing experiences. The five journeys are being introduced progressively during the resort’s soft-opening period.
Another element of the property’s experience offering is the Sandikala Ritual, inspired by the transition between day and night in Balinese philosophy. The sunset ritual incorporates the sound of the genta, incense lighting, a herbal drink, and a period of reflection.
