Alma Resort Cam Ranh appoints new operations director

Alma Resort Cam Ranh has named Pham Duy Huy as its new Director of Operations.
In his new role at Alma Resort Cam Ranh, Pham will oversee the resort's operations with a focus on the rooms division and spa, maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.
Pham brings extensive executive experience having served as general manager across several Vinpearl properties including Vinpearl Discovery Sealink Nha Trang, Vinpearl Long Beach Nha Trang, Vinpearl Discovery 3 Nha Trang, Vinpearl Discovery 1 Nha Trang, and Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang.
Most recently, he was Director of Operations at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Resort and Villas.
Pham’s early career also included roles as Front Office Director and Duty Manager at Vinpearl Golfland Resort and Villas, along with responsibilities as a QA expert for the group’s portfolio.
