Ascott, New Vision break ground on flagship Singapore development
The property, Ascott Shenton Way Singapore, is slated for completion in Q4 2029.
New Vision and The Ascott Limited (Ascott) have broken ground on Ascott Shenton Way Singapore, the first-time collaboration between the partners. Construction is underway, with completion expected in Q4 2029.
The 29-storey mixed-use development will comprise 137 units, featuring a dual-format offering of 42 hotel rooms and 95 serviced apartments.
It will feature lifestyle and wellness amenities, including a swimming pool, wellness spa, meditation lounge, café bar, forest verandah, rooftop garden, fully equipped gym, and launderette for both short- and long-stay guests.
Ascott Shenton Way Singapore will be situated at 15 Enggor Street in the heart of Tanjong Pagar, near Tanjong Pagar MRT station, the financial district’s corporate headquarters, cultural landmarks, and food and beverage outlets.
Its location also provides connectivity to business and lifestyle hubs such as Shenton Way, Marina Bay, and Raffles Place.
