The new hotels, ranging from economy to luxury, will be located in Bangkok and Phuket.
In 2026, Accor will expand its presence across Thailand’s prime destinations, adding new properties to its global portfolio of over 5,700 hotels across more than 45 brands.
Mercure Bangkok Ratchathewi
Located in central Bangkok, the hotel features 184 contemporary rooms designed for modern travellers. Its location provides easy access to the capital’s shopping and entertainment districts.
Opening in mid-2026, the midscale property will offer an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, and a rooftop pool.
ibis Bangkok Ratchathewi
Accor will also launch an economy hotel in Bangkok to provide additional options for travellers. ibis Bangkok Ratchathewi will be located near the BTS station and just one stop from the Siam shopping and entertainment district.
The 115-key hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, and a rooftop pool.
Surin Beach, Navera Phuket, MGallery Collection
Phuket will welcome a new luxury property, Surin Beach, Navera Phuket, MGallery Collection, in 2026 on the shores of the Andaman Sea.
Navera Phuket will feature 19 individually styled villas, ranging from one-bedroom units to spacious suites designed for larger groups. The design will incorporate contemporary Thai culture, maritime themes, and Sino-Portuguese heritage. The hotel is set to open in early 2026.
MontAzure Phuket, MGallery Collection
Another MGallery Collection property will open in Phuket in Q1 2026 at MontAzure in Kamala Bay.
MontAzure Phuket will offer 150 rooms, two restaurants, a bar, breakfast service, a pool, and a fitness center. Room types will range from standard rooms to studios and apartments.Design Hotels, part of Marriott International’s hotel brand portfolio, has added over 14 properties across Asia-Pacific.
These additions extend across six countries, including Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and India.
Notable openings include The ArcadiaPlace, Lugu Lake in Sichuan, China; Public House, Bangkok in Thailand; Yoruya in Kurashiki, Japan; ELSE Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia; Magia de Uma, Bali in Indonesia; and Hotel Irada, Pune in India.
