PHUKET, THAILAND – Navera Phuket – MGallery Collection will open in the fourth quarter of 2026, expanding the MGallery Collection’s presence in Thailand with a 48-suite and villa boutique resort on Phuket’s sunset coast.
Accor is introducing the new property on a secluded hillside near Surin Beach, where the resort will draw on Phuket’s maritime heritage and local identity through its architecture, accommodation design and guest experiences.
Navera Phuket – MGallery Collection will become the eighth MGallery Collection property in Thailand and the fourth in Phuket. The resort’s development incorporates references to the island’s seafaring traditions, from the Sino-Portuguese seafarers of the past to the modern super-yachts associated with Phuket today.
The property will comprise 48 luxury suites and villas, with one- and two-bedroom accommodation and selected suites featuring private pools. Nautical accents, textured walls and authentic Baba Nyonya embroidery will feature throughout the accommodation, alongside organic materials and design elements intended to integrate the resort into its surrounding tropical environment.
The resort’s service structure will include a dedicated butler team providing personalised assistance from pre-arrival through departure. Riviera House will provide a yacht club-inspired social space, operating as a poolside venue during the day before transitioning into a setting for sunset cocktails and evening dining.
Food and beverage operations will include several distinct concepts. Riviera Restaurant will offer breakfast and Mediterranean cuisine throughout the day and evening, while Riviera Terrace & Bar will provide an additional social venue. Maison Juniper will feature 70 gin labels from around the world.
Junsai Yakitori & Teppanyaki Bar will focus on charcoal-fired meats, fresh seafood and fine sakes, while Marcele Bar & Bistro will combine classic French flavours with relaxed drinks in a dual-level venue close to Surin Beach.
Wellness facilities will be centred on The Spa by ELEMIS, with an interior concept inspired by Phuket’s tin mines. Weathered stone, timber and soft lighting will be used to evoke the atmosphere of the island’s subterranean mining landscapes. Treatments will include heat and water rituals delivered in partnership with ELEMIS.
Surin Beach will also form part of the property’s destination setting. The beach extends for almost one kilometre along Phuket’s west coast, bordered by the Andaman Sea, casuarina trees and forested hills.
Destination programming will be delivered through MGallery’s M Moments programme, which is designed to connect guests with the destinations where its properties operate. At Navera Phuket, the programme will include a traditional long-tail boat journey along Phuket’s west coast, with paddle-boarding and snorkelling opportunities followed by a private beachfront dinner.
The opening will add another property to MGallery’s international boutique hotel portfolio, which comprises more than 120 hotels worldwide. MGallery properties are selected and curated around individual histories and destination characteristics, with the collection positioned around distinctive hotel experiences.
Accor operates more than 5,600 hotels and resorts across over 110 countries, alongside approximately 45 hotel brands spanning luxury, economy and lifestyle segments. Its hospitality ecosystem also includes bars and restaurants, wellness facilities and flexible workspaces.
With its scheduled Q4 2026 opening, Navera Phuket – MGallery Collection will increase MGallery’s representation in both Thailand and Phuket, adding 48 suites and villas to the brand’s accommodation portfolio in the destination.
