EEI bags PHP1.6B residential and hospitality projects
The projects include the development of two properties in Tierra Davao.
During the first two months of 2026, EEI Corporation secured major real estate construction projects valued at a total of PHP 1.6 billion.
The projects include the development of Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation’s Crown Residences, a 21-story residential tower, and Crest Suites, a 21-story mixed-use development, both located in Tierra Davao.
Crown Residences will feature 322 residential units along with a range of wellness amenities. Crest Suites, a hospitality-focused property, will comprise 16 floors of condominium-hotel units and three floors of residential condominiums, totaling 260 units.
“With these residential and hospitality projects, we are expanding our diversified portfolio into regional markets while strengthening our capabilities to build sustainable communities across the country,” said Henry D.
