SINGAPORE, 18 August 2026 – Frasers Hospitality has announced the soft opening of Fraser Residence Putrajaya, marking the serviced residence operator’s debut in Malaysia and adding 283 serviced apartments to TERRA, an integrated mixed-use development on the banks of Putrajaya Lake. The property is positioned within Putrajaya’s Precinct 8 and brings Frasers Hospitality’s serviced living model into Malaysia’s administrative capital.
Operated by Frasers Hospitality, Fraser Residence Putrajaya forms part of TERRA, developed by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd, the master developer of Putrajaya and a subsidiary of KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd. The development spans 11.5 acres of lakefront land and combines residential, retail, events and serviced accommodation components within a single waterfront setting.
TERRA includes a 348-unit residential condominium, a 170,000-square-foot community mall, a 35,000-square-foot event hall with capacity for 700 people, and Fraser Residence Putrajaya.
