Ennismore Signs 25hours Hotel Bangkok for Asia Expansion

News Thailand
BANGKOK, 1 September 2026Ennismore has signed an agreement with Central Pattana to develop 25hours Hotel Bangkok, marking the 25hours brand’s first property in Thailand and adding a new destination to Ennismore’s expanding Asia Pacific portfolio. The hotel is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2029 as part of CenTRal cENtrAL, Central Pattana’s next-generation mixed-use development in Siam Square, Bangkok.

The project brings together Ennismore, a global lifestyle hospitality company, and Central Pattana, Thailand’s leading listed real estate developer and a key subsidiary of Central Group. For Ennismore, the signing extends the geographic presence of 25hours into Thailand while supporting the company’s continued expansion of lifestyle hospitality brands across Asia. For Central Pattana, the hotel will form part of a larger mixed-use destination integrating hospitality with retail, workplaces and public spaces.

Located in Siam Square, 25hours Hotel Bangkok will be positioned within one of Bangkok’s established commercial and cultural districts. The property will sit close to Chulalongkorn University and Siam Station, placing it within an area characterized by retail activity, creative businesses and changing urban culture. Its location forms part of the development strategy for CenTRal cENtrAL, which Central Pattana describes as “The Future of Siam Square.”

CenTRal cENtrAL is planned as a mixed-use destination combining cutting-edge retail, future-ready workplaces, hospitality and vibrant public spaces. Central Pattana’s development concept is designed around the integration of different commercial and lifestyle components, with the destination intended to support people, communities and businesses within Siam Square. The 25hours hotel will form one hospitality component within this broader development.

The planned property will comprise 345 guestrooms, with the design based on 25hours’ story- and art-led hospitality concept. Ennismore says the hotel’s design will draw from Bangkok’s creative character and layered urban identity while reflecting the particular character of Siam Square. Interiors will take inspiration from independent boutiques, pop-up spaces, creative studios and the district’s Art Deco-influenced architectural heritage.

The hotel’s positioning within CenTRal cENtrAL connects its accommodation offering to the wider development’s commercial infrastructure. The project brings together multiple property uses within one destination, while 25hours Hotel Bangkok introduces Ennismore’s lifestyle hospitality offering into that environment. The hotel is scheduled to open in Q1 2029, giving the partnership a defined development timeline within Central Pattana’s broader mixed-use project.

For Ennismore, Thailand represents a new market for the 25hours brand. The company describes 25hours as continuing its global expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, with a portfolio focused on urban destinations with distinct cultural characteristics. The Bangkok signing adds a property in Southeast Asia to that geographic expansion and increases the brand’s presence within the Asia Pacific region.

The project also expands Ennismore’s overall lifestyle hospitality platform. As of the end of June 2026, Ennismore comprises 14 hotel brands, with more than 190 hotels and more than 150 properties in its pipeline. Its hotels operate across more than 40 countries, supported by more than 35,000 team members. The company also operates four dedicated in-house studios covering food and beverage curation, interior and graphic design, digital product and technology innovation, and partnerships.

Sylvain Pasdeloup, Chief Operations Officer at Ennismore, said the Bangkok project represents a further step in the growth of Ennismore and 25hours Hotels across Asia. He described the project as a space bringing culture, community and creativity together within Siam Square, while marking the continued development of the company and brand across the region.

The partnership also forms part of Central Pattana’s wider hospitality development activity. The Thai real estate developer has developed commercial and mixed-use projects across Thailand and Southeast Asia, with a portfolio spanning more than 45 destinations. Its Retail-Led Mixed-Use Development model integrates shopping centres with residential projects, office buildings and hotels to create connected destinations that serve people, communities and businesses.

Central Pattana’s hotel portfolio includes GO! Hotel, a brand owned and operated by the company, alongside properties developed in partnership with international hospitality operators including Centara, Hilton and Ascott. By the end of 2026, the company expects its hotel portfolio to reach 17 properties nationwide, while continuing to collaborate with leading global partners.

Phoom Chirathivat, Head of Hotels and Alternative Investments at Central Pattana, said the company was partnering with Ennismore to bring 25hours Hotels to Siam Square. He highlighted the district’s role as a place where generations of Thai people have gathered to discover, connect and express themselves, while positioning the new hotel within the broader development of the neighbourhood.

The Bangkok signing follows 25hours’ wider international expansion strategy, in which new hotels are being developed in culturally distinctive urban destinations. Ennismore says its properties are built around story-driven hospitality, bold design, local culture and community, with each project drawing inspiration from its surrounding destination.

With 25hours Hotel Bangkok scheduled for Q1 2029, Ennismore’s entry into Thailand adds a new country to the brand’s operating footprint while Central Pattana incorporates an international lifestyle hospitality brand into its next-generation Siam Square development. The project combines a 345-room hotel with the retail, workplace and public-space components planned for CenTRal cENtrAL.
