Elong Hotel Technology has officially launched its Indonesia market expansion through a brand launch event held in Jakarta on May 13, marking the company’s latest move in Southeast Asia following its presence in Thailand and Malaysia. The announcement was shared through a company release detailing the implementation of its “Eco-Going Global” strategy in Indonesia, Southeast Asia’s largest economy.

Held under the theme “Go Indonesia, Win Together,” the event gathered industry experts, investors, business partners, and media representatives from Indonesia and China. During the launch, Elong Hotel Technology introduced its hospitality ecosystem model and outlined its long-term development plans for the Indonesian market.

The company aims to bring its “five-in-one” overseas expansion model to Indonesia. The integrated system covers brand standards, operation systems, digital tools, supply chain support, and financial connectivity. The strategy is designed to address operational and expansion challenges faced by Chinese hospitality brands entering overseas markets.

At the Jakarta launch, Elong Hotel Technology presented several of its overseas hotel brands, including ELONG DELUXE, Mehood Elegant Hotel, ELONG HOTEL, MEHOOD LESTIE, Mehood Hotel, ELONG ME, and Elong E-S Hotel. The company stated that these brands are part of its broader effort to establish a hospitality ecosystem supported by digital technology and operational integration.

The company also introduced its smart hotel technology solutions during the event. These included digital operational systems, service robots, and fast-installation building materials designed for hotel development projects. Elong Hotel Technology stated that the solutions are intended to improve operational efficiency while supporting hotel construction and management processes.

One of the technologies highlighted during the launch was the use of modular fast-installation materials developed in China. The construction approach utilizes dry construction and prefabrication methods aimed at reducing construction time and costs while complying with local environmental standards. The company also revealed that AI-powered site selection systems have already been deployed as part of its operational framework.

In addition to construction technologies, Elong Hotel Technology showcased smart hardware already operating in its flagship properties. These include delivery robots and smart screens used to support hotel services and guest operations.

The release also emphasized the company’s focus on supply chain integration as part of its Indonesia strategy. To support overseas operations in Southeast Asia, Elong Hotel Technology has established overseas warehouses in the region. The initiative is supported by Zhiyi Technology, a digital platform formed through the merger of Tongyi Technology and Lvzhi Technology in July 2025.

Zhiyi Technology provides integrated services across multiple operational areas, including cross-border procurement, local warehousing, room distribution, and international property management systems (PMS). Elong Hotel Technology stated that the platform is intended to strengthen operational coordination and improve efficiency for hospitality businesses expanding internationally.

During the launch, the company also highlighted the performance of its flagship property, Elong Hotel (Jakarta PIK), as a practical example of its overseas expansion strategy. Located in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area of Jakarta, the hotel was presented as a model for the company’s “global vision + local warmth” operational concept.

Based on figures shared in the release, Elong Hotel (Jakarta PIK) recorded a 93 percent occupancy rate (OCC) and achieved a revenue per available room (RevPAR) exceeding RMB 512 in 2025. The company stated that the results demonstrate the operational viability of its integrated hospitality approach in Indonesia.

The Indonesia expansion represents another stage in Elong Hotel Technology’s broader Southeast Asia growth plans. Following previous expansion efforts in Thailand and Malaysia, the company identified Indonesia as a strategic market due to its hospitality industry potential and regional economic position.

The release stated that Elong Hotel Technology plans to use Jakarta as a regional hub for further expansion into other major destinations across Indonesia. Supported by Zhiyi Technology’s supply chain network and operational infrastructure, the company aims to continue developing its hospitality ecosystem model within the country.

Elong Hotel Technology also stated that its expansion strategy focuses on asset-light technology solutions and operational empowerment. Through digital systems, supply chain integration, and smart hotel infrastructure, the company seeks to support hotel operations while strengthening cross-border hospitality collaboration between China and Southeast Asia.

The launch event in Jakarta marks the official implementation of the company’s Eco-Going Global strategy in Indonesia. Through its integrated hospitality platform, overseas operational systems, and smart hotel technologies, Elong Hotel Technology is positioning Indonesia as a key market within its regional development plans.

The company stated that it intends to continue building what it describes as a smart and sustainable global hospitality ecosystem through partnerships, technology deployment, and operational support systems tailored for international expansion.
