Banyan Group launches new residential brand in Phuket

While initial developments will be located in Laguna Phuket, the brand will also operate independently across other destinations.

Banyan Group has unveiled its newest residential brand, Bellaguna, offering a collection of premium residences designed for year-round living.

The name “Bellaguna” is derived from the Italian word “Bella”, meaning beauty, combined with “Laguna”, reflecting Laguna Phuket. While initial developments will be located in Laguna Phuket, the brand will also operate independently across other destinations.

The first project under the Bellaguna brand is Bellaguna Lake Residences – Lotus, featuring one- to three-bedroom condominiums and two- to three-bedroom penthouses with private rooftop pools, spread across five elongated buildings.

Each building offers a rooftop infinity pool with private cabanas. The property also includes relaxation areas, play zones, and a dock providing residents access to Laguna Phuket’s shuttle ferries. The development is conveniently located near Bang Tao Beach.
