SM Hotels to open a dual-branded property in the Philippines
The new hotel is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2027.
SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation (SMHCC), in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group (RHG), announced a new hotel property in Dasmariñas, Cavite, approximately 50 kilometers from Manila.
Park Inn by Radisson SM City Dasmariñas is scheduled to open in Q4 2027. It will feature 148 guestrooms, one suite, and a fitness center designed to accommodate business and leisure travelers.
It will also offer an all-day dining restaurant spanning 332.81 square meters and can seat up to 70 to 78 guests.
For meetings, events, and celebrations, the property offers two function rooms with a combined area of nearly 240 square meters, complemented by three meeting rooms totaling close to 161 square meters.
