EXSIM Concepto Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of EXSIM Hospitality Berhad, has been awarded a contract for water park works by Aqua Empire Sdn. Bhd..
The contract covers the design, supply, fabrication, construction, completion, testing and commissioning, as well as maintenance and guarantee on a turnkey basis for the water theme park.
Valued at RM54.5 million, the project is scheduled to commence on 2 March, and is expected to be completed on 1 March 2027, with a construction period of 12 months.
