IHG Hotels and Resorts signed a management agreement with Emproy Hospitality LLP, for the development of Holiday Inn Resort Lonavala in India.
Scheduled to open in 2027, the new Holiday Inn Resort will feature 100 rooms, three dining establishments, and recreational facilities including a swimming pool, spa, and fitness center.

IHG currently operates 51 hotels across six brands in India including Six Senses, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, voco Hotels, Holiday Inn Resort, and Holiday Inn Express.
