Vietnamese hotel brand joins Hyatt’s Unscripted portfolio

The agreement will add seven new properties to Hyatt’s Vietnam portfolio.

Vietnamese hotel brand Wink joins the Unscripted by Hyatt portfolio following a strategic deal between Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Indochina Kajima, a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Corporation.

Under the agreement, six operating Wink properties – Wink Saigon Centre, Wink Danang Centre, Wink Danang Riverside, Wink Tuy Hoa Beach, Wink Can Tho Centre and Wink Hai Phong Centre – will join the Unscripted by Hyatt brand collection, taking Hyatt’s hotel portfolio in Vietnam from four hotels to ten.

In late 2026, a new property, Wink Hanoi Westlake, will also open. With these seven properties, Wink represents more than 2,000 rooms across Vietnam's key destinations.

Wink was founded in 2021. Its properties combine contemporary design, sustainable operations, and tech-enabled service.
