Accor expands hotel portfolio in Vietnam in 2026

The new hotels are expected to open by early to mid 2026.

Accor is set to open three new hotels in Vietnam, ranging from premium to luxury, between early and mid-2026. These properties form part of Accor’s global pipeline for 2026, which includes more than 350 new hotel openings.

Fairmont Hanoi

Located in the historic Old Quarter, Fairmont Hanoi is a luxury hotel featuring 241 rooms. It is expected to open in early 2026.

The luxury hotel features 241 rooms and six dining and bar venues including a rooftop restaurant. Amenities in the property include a spa, fitness center, a bathhouse, and two swimming pools.

Rixos Phu Quoc Vietnam

Opening in mid-2026, Rixos Phu Quoc Vietnam will be Asia’s first all-inclusive resort. Situated in the Hon Thom Island, the beachfront lifestyle hotel offers 1,700 ocean-view rooms as well as 22 dining venues.

The property also offers wellness and leisure facilities, including Rixy Kids and Teens Clubs, water sports, botanical gardens, and a theatre. The hotel is accessible via the Hon Thom Cable Car, also known as the world's longest oversea cable car.

Pullman Ninh Binh

Pullman Ninh Binh, a premium Accor hotel, will be the tallest hotel in Hoa Lu City. The 28-storey property features 283 rooms and suites, each with a private balcony.

The hotel will also offer a range of dining and wellness facilities, including a gym, spa, and pool, as well as event spaces for meetings and weddings.

Located at the heartl of Ninh Binh, the hotel is close to major attractions such as the Old Town, Trang An, Tam Coc – Bich Dong, and the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital.
