Primeworld Land, Accor to open first ibis hotel in northern Metro Manila
The new hotel will be located in Caloocan City and will feature 160 rooms.
Primeworld Land Holdings, Inc. and Accor have partnered to develop the Philippines’ first ibis hotel in northern Metro Manila.
ibis Manila Caloocan will be a six-storey hotel located at Grace Park Terraces, a 19-storey mixed-use development. It will feature 160 rooms, parking spaces, and commercial areas.
Situated near Caloocan City Hall, the hotel will serve as a venue for training, meetings, conferences, as well as private events and celebrations. It is the closest internationally branded hotel to the Philippine Arena and sits just five minutes from the Skyway entrance, allowing a 30-minute travel time to Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
“This partnership with Accor reflects Primeworld Land’s long-term commitment to uplifting key cities across the Philippines through world-class real estate developments. ibis Manila Caloocan will set a new benchmark for hospitality in the area, supporting tourism, commerce, and the city’s evolving urban landscape,” said Sherwin Uy, CEO of Primeworld Land.
Primeworld Land has appointed WTA Architecture and Design Studio as the project’s lead design team.
