IHG, PROUD launch new branded residences in Phuket
The project marks the second branded residence development in Thailand between IHG and PROUD, following the InterContinental Residences Hua Hin.
IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has partnered with Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited (PROUD) for the launch of The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort.
The ultra-exclusive development features just 111 keys comprising one-bedroom units starting at 59 square metres to expansive five-bedroom penthouses spanning 425 square metres each connected to InterContinental Phuket Resort
It also provides access to various services and facilities including 24/7 concierge support, resident-only pools, entertainment, function spaces, Michelin–recognised restaurants, as well as spa and yacht services.
