Hilton to open five Hampton hotels in India
These hotels are expected to open within the next two years.
Hilton and NILE Hospitality have signed agreements for five Hampton by Hilton hotels across India—two in Amritsar, and one each in Vrindavan, Raipur, and Lonavala.
The hotels will comprise more than 350 keys and are expected to open within the next two years.
Each hotel will feature fitness centers and dining outlets, including “Sunny Sides,” a first-of-its-kind, full-service concept restaurant serving complimentary breakfast, exclusively designed for Hampton’s India expansion.
“These markets represent a high-footfall base and an untapped opportunity in terms of room supply,” Vikram Singh Chauhan, Founder and CEO of NILE Hospitality said. “The demand for quality branded midscale hospitality continues to outpace supply in these cities - offering Hampton the opportunity to establish a front runner space in India's evolving travel economy.”
Hilton currently operates more than 7,600 properties across 24 brands in 126 countries and territories.
