Ayan Hotels and Resorts unveiled Ayan Zalaat Hotel & Spa, a new luxury destination in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Located on a private estate near the Bogd Khan Uul UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the 32-room property is run by a full-time team of 130–140 professionals. It features Deluxe Rooms and a two-bedroom Amala Presidential Suite.
The hotel offers dining outlets, the Ayan Spa, a private cinema, a bowling alley, a karaoke room, and games lounges. For events, the property has more than 550 square meters of flexible function space across five venues for meetings, social events, weddings, and private gatherings.
This includes the multifunctional Ayan Ballroom, which seats up to 120 guests, the boardroom-style Ananda, and the Ayan Cinema, which is designed for presentations and executive meetings.
Ayan Zalaat will be expanded during the second phase of its development to add 21 residential villas and a 16-story Sports Center featuring 63 hotel rooms, serviced apartments, a Kids Play Center, and office space.
For recreational facilities, the property will include tennis, basketball, and curling, as well as a ballroom accommodating up to 400 guests. There are also plans to introduce a helicopter service and luxury "glamping" experiences.
