Radisson Hotel Group, SM Hotels to open new properties in the Philippines
The new properties include a dual-branded complex at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City and a new hotel in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
Radisson Hotel Group has signed three new properties in the Philippines in partnership with SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation.
The collaboration will introduce a dual-branded complex at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City and a new hotel within the SM City Sta. Rosa development in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
Opening in 2031, Radisson Hotel SM Mall of Asia Manila will feature 200 rooms, including 49 suites and a presidential suite, located at the heart of the 67-hectare SM Mall of Asia Complex.
The hotel will offer a lobby lounge bar, a specialty rooftop bar and restaurant measuring approximately 160 sqm, and a pool bar. It will also provide 3,486 sqm of event space, complemented by wellness amenities such as a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, and an outdoor kids’ pool.
Meanwhile, Park Inn by Radisson SM Mall of Asia Manila will add 300 rooms, including 45 suites, within the same precinct. The midscale hotel will include a coffee bar, a pool bar, a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, and an outdoor kids’ pool.
In Santa Rosa, Laguna, another Park Inn by Radisson property is set to open in 2029. Located approximately 45 minutes from Manila, Park Inn by Radisson SM City Sta. Rosa will offer 200 rooms, including 25 suites. The hotel will feature modern meetings and events facilities, multiple F&B outlets, a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor kids’ pool, and outdoor play areas.
