1 Hotels has officially opened its first property in Japan with 1 Hotel Tokyo, located within the Akasaka Trust Tower.
The hotel offers convenient access to iconic neighborhoods such as Ginza, Roppongi, and Shibuya, placing guests at the heart of Tokyo's cultural and commercial scene.
Spanning the 38th through 43rd floors, the property features 211 rooms, including 24 suites and three exclusive penthouses.
Guests can enjoy a restaurant, bar, café, flexible event spaces totaling over 460 square meters—including the Sakura and Camellia rooms and three private dining rooms—along with Bamford Wellness Spa, a 24-hour fitness studio, and a light-filled indoor pool with outdoor deck.
The hotel is the result of a collaboration between 1 Hotels and Mori Trust, one of Japan’s leading real estate developers, anchoring Tokyo World Gate Akasaka, a next-generation mixed-use hub combining offices, retail, and cultural spaces in a pedestrian-friendly environment.
