Chinese hospitality firm H World Group has signed three new JI Hotels in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Phnom Penh, Cambodia, to expand its Southeast Asia presence.

The JI Hotel Downtown Kuala Lumpur will open in Q4 2026 and will be H World's first hotel in Malaysia. The 101-room property in the Dang Wangi district is being developed with Saadiq Tri Venture.

The remaining two projects are in Cambodia, with the 130-room JI Hotel Phnom Penh City Center set to open in Q2 2026 and the 110-key JI Hotel Phnom Penh Mekong Riverside scheduled for Q3 2026.
